PHHW – WELD MOUNT
- Employs the characteristics of our Zero Puddle silicone rubber inserts.
- Silicone rubber grommets effectively fill any possible gaps or recesses.
- Exposed threads are eliminated using carriage bolts and acorn nuts, which secure the hanger components.
- The square shank of the carriage bolt, positioned beneath the bolt head, securely engages with the square hole in the hardware frame. This design enables the installation of the hanger components with one hand.
- The hangers are mounted on a rod welded to one of the Hardware Frame plates, with the opposite end connected to a structure or mounted plate.
PHH6R- ROD MOUNT
- Utilizing the PHHW Series, which integrates the attributes of Zero Puddle silicone rubber inserts while addressing any potential gaps or recesses.
- The standard length of the rod is six inches; however, custom lengths can be made available. The end of the rod is attached to a structure or a mounting plate.
PHHTC – THREAD COUPLING MOUNT
- Ensuring a comprehensive ease of installation, in conjunction with the sanitizing features of the PHHW.
- The PHHC’s bottom plate includes a threaded coupling connection.
- The available options for attachment to the PHHC include Syntiro’s Shielded Rod or a solid stainless steel rod with a threaded end. The shielded rod allows the user to cut it to the desired length and use a utility knife to remove the protective LDPE plastic coating, exposing the mounting threads.
