ZC1S-038-WC - Silicone rubber plug fill the interior as it creates a watertight seal to the mounting surface
These spacers have 304 and 316 stainless steel bodies.
The spacer’s top and bottom silicone rubber plugs/gaskets seal the spacer to a wall and the mounted component.
Silicone rubber plugs/gaskets integrate silver ions, enhancing their capacity to inhibit bacterial production.
This watertight sanitary seal, designed for pressure washing applications, eliminates the necessity for caulk.
The upper section of the ZC1S-038 and ZC2S-038 features a larger surface area in comparison to that of ZCS 025. Should it be desirable, 1/4 plugs are available.
The Zero Caulk Spacers are mounted efficiently to walls, panels, and blindside Insulated Metal Panels (IMPs).
